This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Services — including the KwynTech™ platform, proprietary stacks, SDK, website at kwyntech.ai, and pilot programs.

KwynTech™ uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and authentication, remember your preferences and settings, analyze site traffic and platform usage, and improve platform performance.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking for ad targeting. We do not participate in cross-site tracking networks. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, though some platform features may not function correctly without them.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or legitimate business interests (e.g., fraud prevention).
KwynTech™ implements security measures consistent with industry standards, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for sensitive data, access controls and authentication requirements for internal systems, regular security reviews as part of the Self-Healing Framework™ architecture, and incident response procedures for data breach notification.
No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law — and faster than the law requires.

International Transfers: KwynTech™ is based in the United States. We implement appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required) for transfers from the EEA or UK.
